SUGGESTED USE:

Add 6 grams (2 teaspoons) of Morlife Colostrum to cold water, smoothies, yoghurt or other food. 

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Blend 1 cup of milk, 1 banana, ¼ cup natural yoghurt, ½ teaspoons cinnamon, 2 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons Morlife Colostrum and ½ cup ice together in a blender until smooth.
